I grew up across from a cow pasture in the country, and got an opportunity to go to an amazing high school in the suburbs. Growing up in this setting gave me a unique advantage. Without peer distractions, I had the opportunity to observe more about my college peers’ cities and backgrounds than they knew about mine. This experience helped me to challenge conventional wisdom and avoid the common pitfalls of conformity. This perspective has been a guiding force throughout my life, helping me navigate challenges and seize opportunities with clarity and confidence.
